THE BREIF BIOGRAPHY
Mason Betha (AKA : Mase) was raised in Harlem, New York. Mase wasn't always a rapper. He had a basketball scholarship with SUNY. He was doing well with basketball but decided to give rapping a shot by going down to Atlanta in 1996 to attend a music conference in hopes of catching the attention of Jermaine Dupri. Instead, he was approached by Puffy after he heard a demo of Mase. In 1997, Mase was just blowin' up with his debut album "Harlem World" having platinum sales! He was the newest member of the bad boy team! Mase has just started and already he's had so much success. You'll probably be hearing his unique rapping skills for a while so get used to it!
