I've been thinking of new ideas for this web site faster than I can actually finish implementing my older ideas. I have a really good vision of what I want EWS to be but I need my content to catch up to where it needs to be before I can really expand anything. As it is, I probably shouldnt have added new sections to EWS when some of the older sections of EWS are still crappy and outdated but I get so excited about my ideas that I cant wait to implement them. Plus, I dont want to forget about them! A lot of times over the last few years, I would feel some motivation to dive back into web publishing, but then I would become busy with something else and forget all about it.

I like being a leader. Somebody who has ideas, takes risks, and solves problems. I would rather come up with an idea and then dictate to a team what I need to be done rather than be somebody who is given specific jobs to complete. Not everyone is like me. Some people prefer to be told what to do and then get paid for doing it. Simple. Instead, I get excited thinking about all of the things I could do to make EWS better but when it comes down to it, I get tired of doing all the work required for my ideas to happen. Theres plenty of ways to make EWS better but unfortunately, I dont have a staff so a lot of times Im bogged down doing tedious tasks that could be completed by anyone with basic web publishing skills. The most important aspect of my site is to provide content but I get tired of creating content. Im sure creating content is fun for some people, but I would much rather pay people to do something like that and be responsible for putting it all together in the end and turning the image I have in my head into a reality. I guess until EWS brings in enough advertising revenue that I feel like I can afford to pay for some help, I'll keep grinding out new content.
