It amazes that people are dumb and lazy enough to buy that kind of shit. You know, if you want to lose weight, why don't you try putting down your whopper and actually go for a jog or something. People need to understand that, generally speaking, the easier an exercise is, the less effective it will be at burning fat. I don't even break a sweat from doing ab exercises. Save the room in your closet where that useless ab machine would sit. Instead, dedicate 15 minutes every morning to a light jog around the block before your shower. You'll get much better results than any dumb ab machine could give you.
